Review: The synopsis of this movie had me from the get-go and I was so eager to view it. Naturally when the opportunity to get to review this movie came along I jumped at the chance and to make it a whole lot more excited my favourite action hero Sylvester Stallone announced he was going to produce a US version of the movie.

The highlight of the movie for me was Don Lee as the gangster, he maybe on the other side of the law but his character and the way he plays him kind of make you put aside he is a gangster. He looks out for his men and does care for them, he is the alpha and everyone knows that. Even though he chose a life of crime his morals are better than that of the Cop who comes across like an angry loner who and quite selfish. The Devil is a serial killer simply known as ‘K’ he has no patterns for how he murders and is just pure psychotic.

The movie was a blast to watch and combines horror and action, there are not many action scenes so to speak of, we get a few punches in the face and an all out brawl in a garage. It’s nothing fancy it’s a pure fight for survival as the Cop and The Gangster are ambushed by a group of hoods and must rely on each other to get out in one piece. The Cop can fight but it’s the hulking Don Lee that is a one man army. A force to be reckoned with, you can see why he is the alpha and a guy not to be messed with. If Sylvester Stallone produces the US version I really hope he plays the cop. You never know with the story elements and having a cop team up with a gangster and going after a serial would make a great Cobra Sequel.

With the movie being an absolute blast I would recommend this movie to any and everyone….which I already have.
