Danny Rexon Talks Crazy Lixx, 80s Rock & Friday the 13th

Crazy Lixx frontman Danny Rexon joins me for Episode 4 of Action Reloaded Presents: The Podcast, where we discuss the band’s beginnings, their love of 1980s hard rock, the future of Crazy Lixx and their connection to Friday the 13th: The Game.

For fans of 80s-inspired hard rock, Crazy Lixx have built their identity around the energy, attitude and larger-than-life sound that made the genre so memorable. With Danny Rexon leading the band, they’ve embraced those influences while developing their own music and following.

During our conversation, we go back to the early days of Crazy Lixx and discuss how everything started. We explore the band’s musical influences, the enduring appeal of 1980s rock and how that sound continues to connect with audiences today.

One of the particularly interesting subjects we cover is the band’s connection to Friday the 13th: The Game. Having Crazy Lixx music featured in a game built around one of horror cinema’s most recognisable franchises provides a great crossover between the worlds of rock music, movies and gaming.

We also look ahead to what’s next for Danny and Crazy Lixx, discussing the band’s future and where their musical journey might take them.

Whether you’re discovering Crazy Lixx for the first time or have followed them for years, this is a chance to hear directly from Danny about the music, the influences and the story behind the band.
