Synopsis: Winter has turned to spring, and the collected communities are grudgingly respecting the new borders imposed upon them by the ever-brutal Alpha. But having organized themselves into a militia-style fighting force, our group of survivors is prepared for battle – though they’re keenly aware that the Whisperers, and the horde of dead they mingle with, pose a threat unlike any they’ve ever faced. Paranoia, propaganda, secret agendas, infighting – all of these will test the group, individually and collectively, with the survival of civilization in a world filled with the walking dead hanging in the balance.

Featuring the six additional episodes of the extended 10th season, including Negan’s long-awaited backstory, “Here’s Negan.”

Review: The Walking Dead season ten brings The Whisperer story to a close and also adds some additional stories which lead into will pave way for the extended final season.

The tenth season’s main focus is on The Whisperers and how to defeat them, their leader Alpha is probably the most sadistic out of all the villains we have encountered throughout the seasons run and her right-hand man, Beta would give Michael Myers the shits. Alpha has already killed three of the main group and put their head upon spikes as a warning to our group of survivors, though Alpha killed the closest thing to a son that Carol had. (we all know, don’t piss Carol off as she is a one-woman army)

After some near-death encounters and a war waged against The Whisperers we finally get to see it all come to ahead in the finale of 10B, it is worth the wait and an added Negan/Daryll moment is a highlight of the finale. 10A & 10B piece together a tight story and create additional pieces to be explored and a clue that indicates Rick is still alive, along with more characters and plot threads for Season 11.

10C, that’s right, we got six additional episodes for season 10, these are character-focused and lay more ground for what’s ahead, we get the return of Maggie, who also brings along some villainous goons who look set to give our group a hard time. The finale of 10C is what fans have been waiting for, Here’s Negan, the origin story of the popular bad guy who has gone good.

Overall The Walking Dead season 10 is packed with action, horror, drama and suspense and delivers everything and more, the setting up of new communities, characters and villains to explore in season 11 with have fans eagerly awaiting the return of the series.
